Title: Business Analyst with Oracle Cloud Project Experience
Location: Stevenage, Hybrid
Salary: Up to £75,000, + bonus + car allowance, depending on experience

Brief Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with significant experience working on Oracle Cloud projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving successful project outcomes by analysing
business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements for Oracle Cloud projects.
* Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
* Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to develop and implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
* Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
* Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback.
* Provide support and training to end users as needed during project implementations and post-go-live support phases.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on Oracle Cloud projects, with a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications such as ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX.
* Solid understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience working in Agile or other iterative development methodologies is preferred
