This company are a well established family run business who specialise in M&E maintenance for commercial clients, such as office blocks, warehouses, retail and more. Due to continued growth they are looking for an facilities maintenance technician to join their team.

In this role you will be field based across the North West, with occasional travel to Yorkshire and Humberside. You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance to a variety of commercial buildings, including plumbing, ventilation, joinery, basic electrical and more.

The role would suit someone with experience in facilities maintenance, plumbing, heating, or similar backgrounds. Training will be provided.

The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 4:30
*Field based around the North West, occasionally further afield
*PPM and reactive maintenance
*Multi skilled facilities maintenance

The Person:
*Facilities maintenance experience - such as plumbing, heating, general maintenance and more
*Full UK Driver's license
