Are you an Architectural Technologist with a recognised building chartership certification looking for an autonomous managerial role within a tight knit, successful multi-disciplinary practice offering hybrid working and progression to directorship?

This company is a well-established, multidisciplinary practice who have been going for over 24 years offering building surveys, design & project management, structural engineering, and architectural design across mainly the residential industry. Due to a director moving positions they are looking for someone to join their team of 18 and make the role their own.

In this autonomous role you will be managing a small team of architects / engineers, producing building designs using REVIT as well as conducting surveys, providing quotations, producing tender documents, and occasional project management. You will be working on projects mainly in the residential, leisure, and industrial industries, conducting occasional site visits and liaising with a variety of clients, so construction knowledge is essential.

You will work a Monday - Friday hybrid role (50/50 split) with flexible working hours with the office being based in Hexham.

This dynamic role would suit an Architectural Technologist with a recognised building chartership certification (MRICS / MCIOB / MCIAT etc) looking for an autonomous managerial position within a tight knit, successful multi-disciplinary practice offering hybrid working and progression to directorship.

The Role:

Producing building designs using REVIT / CAD
Producing tender documents, quotes, and invoices
Managing a small team of architects + engineers
Occasional site visits and liaising with clients

Proficient in REVIT / AutoCAD
Building Chartership Certification (MRICS / MCIOB / CIBSE / MCIAT etc)
