We pride ourselves on the rapport we establish with our clients and as a part of our team, you will have the chance to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

About You…

If you are currently undergoing a Business Studies, Engineering or Construction degree, enjoy engaging with people and a confident communicator, then you have the basis to be a successful recruiter.

Along the way you will acquire practical skills, absorbing qualities from your peers and by the end, you will have a natural ability to engage with stakeholders, identify and explore opportunities, and ultimately, provide a high-quality service for clients.

Skills you will acquire:

In this role, you will gain first-hand insight into how markets work, how companies behave and what companies really look for in CVs. These invaluable technical skills will serve highly beneficial for your studies as well as your employability in the future, providing you with a competitive edge in the job market.

You will learn the art of tailoring searches to find the most suitable CVs out there.
Understand and develop your ability to create job adverts, using your creative mind to attract candidates to your posts.
You will develop the skill of successful interviews, helping your candidates secure roles based off your advice.
Negotiation: as the middle person between your candidate and your client, you will offer reasoning to both parties and try and reach an agreement that satisfies all.
