What can you expect?

• You will drive campaign conception and deployment into regions and markets as part of the Global Marketing Communications team
• You will develop and deploy multichannel campaigns for your sector based on the strategic goals of our company
• You will create Marketing materials, both online and offline, such as in social media and via search engine marketing, and create conversion points like landing pages and lead-gen ads
• You will monitor and optimize campaigns, create relevant reports, derive insights, and action items for further improvements and organizational learning
• You will align with sectors on newsletter topics and create the relevant content, manage projects of initiatives, and foster successful collaboration of cross-functional teams
• You will collaborate across functions, mainly with country teams, sectors, and other Marketing disciplines, and enable the local markets to drive efficient digital initiatives through close collaboration and clear success measures

What should you bring along?

• You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or business studies
• You have first experience in product marketing, branding, performance marketing, or digital marketing
• You approach work in a structured and independent manner, are result-driven with a pragmatic mindset, and can manage multiple stakeholders
• You have experience in editorial planning, digital content creation, publishing, and understand analysis and performance measurement of digital initiatives
• You possess emerging project management skills and an understanding of digital customer journeys
• You are confident in using standard software applications like MS Office and MS Teams, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign, is desirable. You have strong communication skills, can work effectively in an international environment, and are fluent in English
