CJC Recruit a Roofing Supervisor on behalf of our large building restoration client's contracts across the central belt. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing skilled employees, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, and maintaining our commitment to safety and excellence.
Scope And Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of employees, both on and off-site, to ensure efficient project execution.
* Conduct pre and post inspections of works to ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Organize and allocate workload to staff, ensuring productivity and quality.
* Ensure accurate completion of work in accordance with updated drawings and specifications.
* Conduct toolbox talks and monitor health and safety on-site.
* Carry out any other duties deemed necessary to fulfil the role.
Requirements:
* Roofing experience
* Previous experience in a supervisory role would be preferred.
* Clean driving License
