Are you a HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to provide expert advice and guidance to managers across an organisation?

Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive HR advisory services to managers and employees, ensuring adherence to employment law and best practises.
Manage complex employee relations matters with a focus on resolution and mitigation of risks.
Guide and influence managers on various HR aspects aligned with business objectives.
Support new management visits and provide necessary HR support.
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
Analyse HR data to identify trends and provide solutions to address issues.
Assist the HR Business Partner in driving HR initiatives.
Collaborate with the HR Administration team.
Stay current on immigration regulations and coordinate regular audits.Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Expertise:

CIPD Level 5 (desirable)
Strong experience in managing complex employee relations matters, including dismissals.
Solid understanding of employment legislation
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site organisation (desirable)
Ability to handle high volumes of cases.Behaviours:
