Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Fabricate and assemble: Be able cut pipe set up fittings/butts for welder ( Typically 1/2" to 30" Carbon & Stainless steel)
* Assembly and Disassembly: Assist in the assembly and disassembly of piping systems and associated equipment.
* Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
* Documentation: Maintain daily record sheets of pipefitting activities.
Skills / Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Pipefitter in an industrial setting, preferably within the petrochemical, oil and gas, or manufacturing industries.
* Evidence of time served apprenticeship (preferable)
* NVQ Qualification (preferable)
* Knowledge of pipefitting techniques, materials, and equipment.
* Proficiency in using pipefitting tools and equipment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
Requirements:
* Valid pipefitting trade qualification or equivalent.
* Safety certifications - CCNSG Safety Passport or similar (CSCS)
* Overtime and weekends, as required
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
