About the Role
Reporting into the COO, the Centre Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the centre. The Centre Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the centre is a safe environment for the children, staff and others. They will have responsibility for the staff working within the centre and develop excellent partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development.
You will be part of a team that provides compassionate, expert care to children with a particular focus on early intervention for children between infancy and seven years old in our centre.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Early Years Professional with an interest in our interdisciplinary approach to support young children with autism. If you think this could be you then apply for this highly rewarding opportunity today!
Key Skills, Qualities & Experience
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a senior leader in an Early Years setting
* Experience working with children with autism or in a SEND setting.
* Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current OFSTED statutory guidance
* Effective team leadership
* A strong commitment to quality in all areas, with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm
