We are currently looking for an experience externals project manager to join a leading restoration and brickwork contractor. Our client works with several tier 1 contractors and has worked on some of the UK’s most iconic buildings.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and oversee restoration projects involving brickwork.
* Coordinate with the client and team members to ensure successful project completion.
* Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timelines and financial goals are met
* Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements.
* Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the project.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
* Strong background in brickwork and restoration
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in project management software
