Optimised staffing solutions are seeking 3 buyers for a client based in the chester area.

Due to continued expanison the are seeking experienced individuals to join their team on a full time basis.

Job Detail

* Maintain supply of key materials maximising volume purchasing benefits.

* Develop supplier strategies.

* Meet target costs.

* Undertake strategic sourcing activities utilising established business tools and templates.

* Support the development and communication of a sourcing strategy to shape purchasing decisions.

* Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.

* Monitor market trends and supply chain strategies.

* Provide analysis on costs and review cost reduction activities.

* Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous and business improvements.

* Develop and manage the contractual relationship with key suppliers to manage business risk and Develop synergies either locally or within group.
