The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a market leading team with over 21 offices nationwide and over 300 highly qualified professionals.
Working on a varied range of schemes, the new Quantity Surveyor will have no shortage of interesting projects to choose from. This includes Office, Retail, Private Healthcare, Hotel & Leisure, Industrial, Student Accommodation, Education, and Social Housing - perfect for a QS eager for greater project diversity.
Alongside this, the incoming Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a flexible, friendly and hybrid working environment as well as unmatched and uncapped opportunities for progression to Senior Quantity Surveyor and beyond that, Associate Director.
This could be the perfect opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor eager to expand their sector experience, work alongside MRICS Senior professionals, take on more management responsibilities and be truly nurtured into a more senior role.
The Quantity Surveyor
Will have:
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Construction Consultancy
A RICS accredited degree qualification
MRICS / committed to achieving
Good pre and post contract knowledge
Experience working on projects from inception to completion
