Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams
Conduct data analysis and data modeling to support business decision-making
Perform impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed solutions
Facilitate requirements workshops and meetings with key stakeholders
Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful project delivery
Conduct user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with various data analysis techniques and tools
Proficient in SQL and database querying
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools is a plus
Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations is a plus
