Logistics Sales Coordinator

Salary: up to £31,449.60  
Location : Portsmouth  
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00/5.30pm  
 
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established Transport and Logistics business who are based on the Portsmouth area.  
 
Working as part of a highly motivated sales team, you will be responsible for be handling initial inbound enquires in a timely manner offering customers advice, solutions and pricing for their individual requirements.
 
Key duties include the following :
Ensuring overall customer satisfaction by guiding the customer through the sales process
Providing competitive pricing and advice within a prompt timeframe
To follow up any outstanding enquiries ensuring conversion from quotation to booking.
Nurture and build long standing relationships.
Complete all levels of administration to a high standard.  
The ideal Logistics Sales Coordinator will have / be:
Experience within the transport and logistics industry.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Organised with strong administration experience.
Be strongly skilled mathematical problem-solving, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Ability to use own initiative and prioritise workload
