Site Administrator/Document Controller

Are you currently seeking a new role within Site Administration/Document Control, working in Liverpool City Centre?

Responsibilities:

• Controlling all company and project documentation
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
• Handling subcontractor queries and on-site inductions for new starters to site
• Coordination of site visitors in and out
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
• Address employee's queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements).
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Organise the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
• Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Knowledge and understanding of the construction industry,
• Strong administrative skills
• Previous Document Control based experience.
• Excellent organisation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident in the use of Microsoft office
