As a part of the Adobe Engineering team, you will support and maintain the Adobe Campaign platform, enabling Sky to deliver marketing to our customers via multiple channels. As an adobe engineer you will help us to improve the reliability and performance of our services.
What you'll do
*
Manage change control (i.e. software release, application upgrades, improvements backlog)
*
Access request management & resolution of ‘soft’ application issues
*
Engaging Adobe and other 3rd parties for resolution of complex application issues
*
Adobe Campaign configuration changes (i.e. Metadata, user accessible reports, OBTM disposition codes)
*
Incident Triage with suppliers for;
*
Direct Mail (DM)
*
Outbound Telemarketing (OBTM)
*
SMS
*
Push Notification
*
Provide technical leadership and expertise and incident triage for integration of Adobe Campaign with the Experience Cloud

Target
*
Audience Manager
*
Analytics
*
Own training, internal knowledge share, artefacts, application performance and usage management of Adobe Campaign
What you'll bring
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*
Detailed technical knowledge of the Adobe Campaign Manager toolset.
*
Good understanding and experience of the Adobe Experience Cloud.
*
Experience working on Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server systems.
*
Experience in a results-led marketing role, preferably but not necessarily in the TV or entertainment industry.
*
A passion for TV and good understanding of Sky’s content offering.
*
Able to distil customer insight and performance data into clear and actionable plans.
*
Knowledge on Adobe Message Centre Platform.

Your office space
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
