In this pivotal role, you will nurture and enhance the educational journey of children, guiding and supporting them through the curriculum provided by the school.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
Facilitate a dynamic and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Assess and record children’s progress, preparing them for assessments and standard tests.
Provide specific help to students across a diverse range of abilities and needs, including those with SEND.
Implement and adapt classroom management strategies.
Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.
Use resources effectively to enhance teaching and the educational environment of the classroom.
Maintain up-to-date records of students' learning and progress.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Experience working with children with SEND is advantageous.
Strong understanding of the primary education curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High levels of patience and flexibility.
Ability to engage children and enable them to achieve their full potential.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Must possess a valid DBS check and have the right to work in the UK.
