Job Description

Operations Manager - Fulwood Hall Hospital

 

An exciting opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic and progressive team. As a member of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Hospital Director, you will be ensuring the successful operation of the Hospital, taking responsibility for the non-clinical departments which underpin our ability to provide excellent clinical care. With a focus on innovation, you will ensure that service delivery is the highest standard, meets budgetary requirements and facilitates a positive patient experience at Fulwood Hall Hospital, part of the Ramsay Healthcare group.

What you’ll bring with you:

Management experience with proven ability to manage multi discipline teams 

Effective written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required

Flexible and adaptable with a proactive and innovative approach to the role

Strong planning and organisational skills 

Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen (ideally through previous P&L responsibility).

Strong computer skills (MS Office package)

Tertiary qualification in management or similar qualification 

Previous private health experience would be an advantage.
