Health and Wellbeing Coach / Advisor

Job Title: Health and Wellbeing Adviser / Coach 
Location: Travel across Chester and Ellesmere Port
Salary: £26,000 - £29,500 (pro rata) - depending on experience

Duties:
Work closely with jobseekers to identify any health (physical/mental) and wellbeing barriers that may be impacting their ability to find and maintain employment.
Devise and maintain individual action plans and goals for each member, assessing the progress of your caseload.
Deliver tailored programmes to support participants with managing their health (e.g. Anxiety; Stress Management; Pain Management etc.)
Develop and maintain relationships with the Employability Team and External Stakeholders (e.g. Healthcare providers) and signpost your caseload if needed.
Provide training to the Employability team surrounding awareness of healthcare barriers.
Maintain accurate records regarding participants progress.
Essential Criteria:
Must have experience of working within a similar role within Health Promotion or Public Health.
Must have experience of supporting individuals with health (mental/physical) and wellbeing issues, through return-to-work support / vocational rehabilitation / occupational health. 
Excellent knowledge and understanding of a healthy lifestyle and their benefits.
Have strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Ideally hold a recognised health qualification registered with Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), or British Association for Behaviour & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.Please note:
