Smoking Cessation Service Manager

Public Health Services Manager - Smoking Cessation - Community Health, Healthcare Management - Nottingham.
My client is a dynamic healthcare provider looking to strengthen their management team with the appointment of a new, experienced leader to oversee their smoking cessation services. You will have solid experience of leading teams and managing high-performing, innovative services. Ideally you will have a good understanding of what it takes to deliver effective healthcare services, especially in relation to community based, integrated public health services.
This will be a fast-paced, varied and challenging opportunity, with your remit including, amongst other things:
- leading, developing and inspiring a team of practitioners and specialist leads
- embed a culture of continuous improvement, high quality and innovation
- working with the partnerships manager to build effect relationships with external organisations and identifying and maximising business opportunities
- oversight of the service performance, monitoring KPIs and targets and taking action to troubleshoot any areas when required
- working with commissioners and reporting on service performance
