Our well-established client in a beautiful Residential located in Sleaford, seeking a Childrens Residential Support Worker to join their team. On a Full time, permanent basis, with a salary starting from £28,560-£29,184 including sleep ins. The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated, with a positive approach.

Main Responsibilities
Main responsibilities as a Support Worker, ensuring that the young peoples needs are met, also to assist the management in the home in compliance with OFSTED, legislation, and the ethos and polices of the company. To exercise responsible control over the children to ensure their safety and wellbeing and assist them in developing acceptable standards of personal hygiene and behaviour. This also applies to encouraging children to abide by house rules and principles. To maintain a good understanding of children and protection and safeguarding procedures.
Skills Required
MUST hold the following:
1 years - experience supporting children with EBD.
Full UK driving License with access to your own vehicle.
