Graduate Business Management Scheme

A distinguished group is currently recruiting two Graduates to join their 2024 Business Management scheme. Joining a rapidly growing manufacturing division of the group candidates are sought with a Business or Management related degree (others will be considered) at 2.1 level or above, the successful candidates will gain an insight into all areas of the business with significant opportunities for rapid progression and continued personal development.

The Role

During the two-year Graduate Business Management Programme you will be given the opportunity to work across the business, gaining vital experience in the across all areas including Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Commercial, IT and HR.

The company will provide relevant guidance from the senior management team as well as an assigned mentor and external training to ensure your success.

You will develop key management skills and also be given the opportunity to work at other sites to ensure you are given the opportunity to experience different business units within the group.

The Candidate:

You are predicted or have gained a minimum of a 2:1 in a business or management related degree. Applicants will also be considered who have a real interest in business and/or manufacturing.

You are interested in developing a career within Leadership / Management

You must be highly organised with excellent time management skills.

Willing to travel Europe-wide and globally if necessary.
