Spearhead ideas for productivity and problem solving for teams with Process and Tools
Set up, manage, and administer over current and future collaboration platforms and tools for the Digital Transformation team. Major platforms in use today include those from Atlassian (Trello, Jira, and Confluence), and Slack.
Spearhead Board Audits – Help with review of existing setup and align Trello with business goals.
Improve on what we already have so you can we can maximize our productivity.
Spearhead Optimization – Improve work-flows and key features to make sure everything is organized. Discover better ways to work with Trello and integrate with 3rd party tools
Set up and manage (add/remove/update) boards, spaces, and channels as necessary by project and operational teams
Provide coaching, training, and support on best practices for current and future collaboration tools (Trello, Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.)
Create Proofs-of-Concept (PoC) and custom workflow solutions for potential implementation using existing and/or prospective collaboration tools, plus associated apps/plug-ins/power-ups/automation tools
Create online forms and setup necessary automations for Trello and/or Jira cards creation and configuration as needed by operations or project teams in order to create workflow efficiency
Create reporting dashboards as needed in collaboration platforms as needed by the team or projects
Create governance and security policies and procedures for relevant collaboration tools and help implement, enforce, and audit as necessary. Create and maintain documentations as needed.
Manage (add/removed/update) users and user groups
Evaluate new platforms and tools for inclusion into current workflow or as a replacement for existing ones
Manage budgets related to relevant platforms and tools
Play a pivotal role in process improvements and optimizations
Spearhead the “Innovate and Automate” Journey by recommending specific process automations which create business value
Provide recommendations on “Out of the box” approaches to solve a problem with systems and tools which make sense to incorporate
Requirements
10+ years of extensive hands-on knowledge and experience with Atlassian platforms (Trello, Jira, Confluence), focused recently on Trello, may have had experience playing an Atlassian consultant role before.
Experience managing messaging platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams)
Experience utilizing associated apps/plug-ins/power-ups/automation tools for above platforms such as Zapier, Unito, Butler Automation, Jot form, etc.
Understanding of project management best practices for both technical and non-technical (marketing, etc.) types of projects
Understanding of business needs, goals, and processes in order to help create processes and workflow that can improve efficiencies and qualities of work
Ability to understand complicated processes and be able to help simplify and/or create better processes and automations
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to present to and communicate with those from C-level executives to operational team members.
Experience working with enterprise project/portfolio management platforms is a plus
Experience working in large multinational company is a plus
Any other Productivity Platform knowledge is a plus
