Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
* Track client interactions and manage account details.
* Oversee workflow and project management.
* Supervise outsourced paraplanners and manage reports.
About You:
* Experience in retail financial services with an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
* Chartered Financial Planner status preferred but not essential.
* Strong project and workflow management skills.
* Proactive with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to update control sheets and meet compliance requirements.
* Skilled in analysing reports and quality checking.
* Excellent technical, communication and client management skills.
* Able to work from head office near York or be based remotely
