Senior Quantity Surveyor – Leeds – Civil Engineering – Salary up to £70k + car
Our client is one of the North's leading civil engineering companies, a family-owned business founded over 20 years ago. They operate throughout Yorkshire and the North East of England.
Their current projects range from groundworks, S278 & infrastructure work, roads and sewers, and reinforced concrete work.
Due to continued growth and the securing of new projects, they are now looking to add to their successful commercial team by recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to be based in their head office in Leeds.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their existing skills and develop and progress further in a company where performance and results will be recognised and rewarded.
The role will entail change management, valuations, forecasting and reporting to Directors. You will be a good communicator who will be ready to go out on site to ensure awareness of change and interim values.
They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in Civil Engineering/Groundworks with good contractual knowledge. You will have a collaborative attitude towards working as a team and be able to develop strong client relationships.
In return they are offering a salary of up to £70k per annum (based on experience) + company car, 23 days holiday (increasing with length of service up to 30 days, with optional volunteer days added), flexible/hybrid working, a volunteering opt in policy, and life and health insurance.
