Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Salary: Up to £24k

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Eastbourne. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, building, and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, and engaging in business development activities. You'll also support the branch in meeting and exceeding its targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in recruitment and develop valuable skills with opportunities for progression and development into a full Recruitment Consultant position. You'll also earn under our excellent commission scheme with no threshold (the best in the industry!)

Business Development Activity

Assist the branch in growing the business by assisting with and taking part in sales and marketing activities.
Conducting research to identify potential leads, clients and business opportunities.
Be pro-active in seeking out sales leads and opportunities.
Building an understanding of our products and services - how they solve problems and deliver unique value for our customers.
Keeping up to date with industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.Client and Candidate Relationship Building & Management

Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including understanding their needs and requirements for roles and providing detailed updates on progression and concerns with any vacancies.
Managing candidate pipelines and internal databases effectively, ensuring records and up to date, accurate and compliant.
Create and maintain great candidate relationships - informing candidates of interviews, inductions, shifts and bookings.Candidate Sourcing, Screening, Compliance, Interviewing & Offer Management

Writing and posting job adverts for vacancies on all appropriate platforms.
Sourcing potential candidates, through various channels, including job boards, social media networking and referrals.
Screening CV's and conducting initial interviews to assess the candidate's suitability for specific roles.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews, including feedback outcomes.
Assisting and managing job offers and the offer process, between clients and candidates, including salary negotiations and finalising employment terms.
