About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our team as a Resourcing Specialist. If you’re looking for a chance to work to your full potential and partner strategically with your functions, this could be a great role for you.

This role will partner with our Retail function and you will be responsible for all senior recruitment into our stores in the south, as well as recruitment into our pharmacies. 
You'll own the resourcing activity, partnering with the business to deliver a full life-cycle recruitment service. This is a fast-paced role, perfect for someone who is motivated by the opportunity to add value and influence at a senior level. 

This role benefits from a 4.5 day working week (you can pick your half day!), the team currently spends 2 days a week together in the office, with the flexibility to work from home for the other 2.5 days. 

Role responsibilities:

Business partnering with key stakeholders in our retail function alongside the wider People team
Gather insight from conversations with candidates and utilise knowledge to influence processes and our candidate journey
Utilise data to update key stakeholders with internal and wider market trends
Understand the priorities and focus of your business areas to ensure the recruitment practices reflect the requirements of your functions
Develop our employer brand through different activities such as filming and sharing videos and managing and designing attraction campaigns
Coaching and developing hiring managers to upskill assessor interviewing techniques
Manage hard-to-fill vacancies and manage multiple roles during busy periods
Headhunt & approach the best talent via attraction plans & methods to support building strong candidate pipelines
Have a solid understanding of the external talent market and competitor activity
Ensure a first class candidate experience making sure candidates feel valued and welcomed

About You

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering a great service and will be keen to add value to their functional partners that goes beyond filling vacancies.
Ideally you'll have experience of working in-house or in an agency and will be familiar with a 360 recruitment process
You’ll need to be a great communicator and enjoy building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
A strong sense of ownership and a determination to succeedWe’re happy to support the right candidate in developing their knowledge of employer branding activity, data & insight and D&I initiatives - we’re looking for someone who is passionate about providing a great service to stakeholders and candidates and wants to learn and grow in their role.
