IT Infrastructure Engineer
About Us:
Join a dynamic team servicing a diverse range of customers from various business sectors. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative Cloud Solutions for both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve system and network issues, providing solutions for hardware and software failures.
Support: Deliver 3rd Line level support to our clients.
Microsoft 365: Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environments.
Skills and Experience Required:
Expertise in:
O365 and Azure (IaaS)
Designing and implementing Windows Server technologies, including virtualization
Desirable Skills/Experience:
MSP experience
Helpdesk/IT support (telephone/remote support) experience
Professional certifications in Microsoft 365 or Azure (or currently working towards)
Knowledge of firewall and network security technologies
Experience with Hyper-V, VMWare, SAN, NAS
Microsoft 365 administration/migrations
Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, including routing, VLAN, VPN, and wireless
Experience with VOIP telephony systems
Automation and scripting using PowerShell
Cyber security experience and familiarity with Cyber Essentials certification protocols
