As a Customer Support Advisor, no two days will be the same. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial circumstances, assist them in getting back on track, and handle customer settlements and queries with care and professionalism.

Monday - Thursday 8am-8pm
Friday - 9am - 5:30pm
Saturday - 8am - 2:30pm (1 in 3)

Excellent listening abilities to understand and address customer needs effectively.
A caring and passionate attitude towards providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Previous experience in customer service role.
Demonstrated consistent work history with minimal gaps between jobs.
