Pay Rate: £52,073 - £57,413 per annum
Join our dynamic team at GSL Education Lincolnshire as the SENCO Director of Diversity and Inclusion in Boston. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £52,073 - £57,413 per annum.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the SENCO department, ensuring the provision of high-quality support for students with special educational needs.
Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion across the school community.
Collaborate with staff, students, and external agencies to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Provide training and support to colleagues on SENCO-related matters and diversity initiatives.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SENCO leadership.
Must have SENCO qualification.
Strong understanding of diversity, inclusion, and equality principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
