Responsible Individual Ofsted Children's Home Clacton CO15
We require a Responsible Individual for a new organisation in Clacton who place the emphasis on Care and base their success on the success of the children and not the bottom line.
You will be knowledgeable of all Ofsted Regulated standards and regulations ,have experience supporting new homes advance.Must be ble to evidence success at previous Organisations.
Benefits Package:
* upto £500 per day depending on experience .
* Due to being a start up starting 1 day per week then increasing.
Children’s Responsible Individual Requirements:
You must have at least 2 years Responsible Individual experience plus
* Children’s Residential experience
* NVQ L5
* Experience supervising a team of RM’s
* Staff Leadership and management as well as commercial / operations awareness
As Responsible Individual, you’ll be responsible for supporting the RM and assisting the owner set up th registration.
