A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Purchasing Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8.25am - 4.55pm & Friday 8.25am - 3.25pm and paying up to £25,500 per annum depending on experience.

Your key duties in this Purchasing Administrator role will include but are not limited to:

Assist Purchasing Manager with general administration duties
Assist Production Data Manager with general administration duties
Report Generation
Raw Material Stock Purchases
Liaison with Production Team Leaders and Stores Managers to determine live material use and stock levels
Purchasing Assistance
Provide holiday cover for Purchasing Managers basic duties

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

A keen eye for detail & accuracy
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel & Word
Experience in ERP systems not essential but desirable (training will be given)
Previous experience in an Administration role within a Purchasing and Procurement team preferable
