Graduate Roles in Education
Are you a recent or soon to be graduate seeking a career in Education?
Are you interested in supporting students with SEND on a long-term basis?
Do you want to gain experience before applying for a PGCE or Schools Direct Teacher Training?
Tradewind Recruitment are looking for dedicated graduates to work as SEND Teaching Assistants on a long term or a temporary basis. We work with schools throughout Merseyside, and are specifically recruiting in Liverpool, Sefton, and West Lancashire. Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
Graduates from all backgrounds are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
Have the ability to develop positive and professional working relationships with staff.
Be comfortable working 1:1 and in small groups with identified students.
Implement behaviour management strategies.
Be willing to complete additional training to further your skills.
Requirements:
Have a passion for education and making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
Be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check.
Have a full educational and employment history.
Have 2 satisfactory referenced.
