GSL Education invites applications for the position of a Math Teacher at a school in Sunderland. The role requires delivering high-quality education to students and helping them achieve their potential in the subject.

Job Summary:

Teach Math to students across KS3 and KS4, preparing them for GCSE exams.
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
Assess and record students' progress and prepare them for examinations.
Responsibilities:

Develop curriculum materials that align with current standards.
Utilize various teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning needs.
Maintain discipline in accordance with the school policies and establish a
strong rapport with students.

Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Mathematics.
Proven record of accomplishment of effective teaching and delivering positive student outcomes.
Strong knowledge of the UK Math curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Please note: This role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful candidates must satisfy all background checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
