The role; a superb opportunity to join this global business with international operations. Our client is looking for a Shipping Supervisor to join their well-established team. This is a dynamic fast-moving environment, and you must be possess a strong/ outgoing personality as you will be constantly interacting with the team and other departments. Other aspects of the role include;
* Leading a team of 5, providing training and support.
* Responsible for overseeing all aspects of shipping operations.
* Coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery.
* Be the point of escalation.
The ideal candidate
* Proven track record of success in a Shipping /Import/Export role, as well as strong communication and leadership skills.
* Solid understanding of customs rules and regulations
* IT literate (you will be using multiple systems)
