The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will focus on:

Leading Commercial Property projects, particularly in fit-out and mid-sized projects up to £15m.
Creating and maintaining a cooperative and open work environment, essential for project success.
Working with clients, team members, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Being part of a prestigious team, managing stimulating and customized projects in London.The Construction Project Manager

A BSc/MSc Degree in Project Management or a related field.
Ideally chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB).
Proven ability to lead projects and teams effectively.
A strong background in Construction Consultancy.
Significant experience in the Commercial Property sector.
