Job Summary
The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) position is crucial for our franchisees' success, aiming to build and maintain robust, profitable ventures. This role demands a commitment to client service, people development, and sales conversion, with an enthusiasm for health and wellness and a drive to foster growth within our franchise network. The FBC reports to the VP of Franchise Performance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site visits to franchise locations four days per week, providing hands-on coaching, support, and guidance to franchise owners and employees
Collaborate with franchisees to develop and implement business plans, targeting sales goals and margin enhancements.
Ongoing utilization of tools, resources, and coaching to maximize franchisees' business model utilization.
Establish value-added relationships with franchisees, serving as a trusted advisor to boost business growth and profitability.
Disseminate best practices and innovative strategies for sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Ensure franchisees positively represent the Restore brand, encouraging the adoption of corporate promotions, pricing, and marketing strategies for profit maximization.
Guide franchisees in effective marketing strategies, including promotional activities and profit boosters.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health and Wellness, or related fields preferred..
At least 3 years’ experience in franchise coaching, business consulting, or a similar role, with a preference for candidates from the health and wellness sector.
Expertise in sales conversion, client service excellence, and people development.
Proficient in analytical and strategic planning, capable of devising actionable business plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at fostering positive relationships and executing strong follow up.
A strong passion for health and wellness.
Exceptional follow-up and client service skills.
Up to 90% local travel by car and ~1 week per month of overnight/flight travel
