Flex Technician

Lookout Pest Control is currently seeking a dedicated and versatile Flex Technician to join our team. As a Flex Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing pest control services to our residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities:
Performing pest control treatments at customer properties
Conducting inspections to identify pest problems and develop appropriate treatment plans
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Maintaining accurate records of services performed and documenting any findings or recommendations
Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Pest Control Technician license or certification is preferred
Experience in the pest control industry is a plus
Strong knowledge of pests, their behavior, and effective treatment methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
A valid driver's license and clean driving record
