Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Stourbridge, West Midlands
Salary: £41,865 per Annum
Hours: 37.5 hours / week

Job Requirements:
They are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Clinical Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager with clinical management decisions. The service is a 25 bedded complex care and dementia nursing home setting, providing the highest standards of care and support to older people with dementia.

Skills and qualifications:
* Nurse Qualified with a valid NMC Pin
* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care - desirable
* Recent and significant experience of working in a similar care setting.
* Experience of managing an effective team by supervising, mentoring and coaching
* Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse
* Knowledge of conditions relevant to older people, Dementia, physical and sensory disabilities
* Ability to organise and make decisions both clinical and professional.
* Ability to effectively deal with crises/emergencies.
