Here's what we offer:

9 am to 5 pm 35 working hours per week

Fully office-based in Central Milton Keynes

Competitive hourly rate of £15.38

As a Fleet Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring smooth transportation from manufacturer to dealerships

Exceptional planning and attention to detail

Overall logistics planning and coordination

Liaising with dealerships, import centres, and leasing companies

Handling inbound and outbound enquiries

Collating and reporting weekly orders

Organising vehicle movements

Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities

Proficiency in Excel to create detailed reports
