Job Title: Implementation Manager
Location: Dungannon
Salary: £35k - £45k

Job Tasks and Duties:
* Project Management: Oversee the implementation of customer projects in the factory.
* New Product Development (NPD): Lead the introduction of new products into the factory with the customer, from scale-up to first production.
* Existing Product Development (EPD) and Change Projects: Manage EPD and change projects aimed at improving margins and reducing complexity in collaboration with the customer.
* Critical Path Management: Manage key timelines to ensure retailer deadlines for product launches are met.
* Factory Trials: Lead factory trials, managing trial dates, production setup, ingredient availability, and line team briefings to ensure project deliverables are met.
* Process Implementation: Manage the introduction of new processes, including new equipment, mixing processes, ingredients, packaging, and documentation.
* Product Transition: Train line leaders on new products and establish factory standards for new processes.
* Quality Assurance Standards (QAS): Collaborate with the customer and quality team to develop and deliver QAS into production.
* Specification Implementation: Work with the specification team to implement new factory specifications.
* Packaging Management: Oversee the management and implementation of new packaging solutions.
* Stakeholder Communication: Lead communication with key stakeholders regarding new products and product changes.
Skills:
* Hands-on experience in a factory environment
* Project management experience
* Knowledge of processing and packaging (preferred)
* Experience training factory personnel and implementing processes
* Strong SH management and communication skills
* Proactive problem-solving abilities
