Registered Manager Overview:
Are you a passionate and experienced social care professional with a proven track record of success in leading teams as a Registered Manager? 

Cureyoursearch have an excellent Registered Home Manager opportunity, on behalf of an established and person-centred care provider, we are looking for a strong leader to take this home to the next level.

This role could suit a strong Registered Manager, Care Home Manager or Nursing Home Manager ready for a new challenge.

The Registered Manager candidate will possess:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a care setting
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for elderly and dementia care.
The Registered Manager Package:
● Salary up to £65,000

The Registered Manager Interview Process:
The interview process for this role will be two stage.
Stage one – Informal meeting.
Stage two – Face to face meeting at the home.
