Senior Quantity Surveyor

Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for Manchester. This is a full-time permanent role.

· Salary £60,000 - £85,000 (Dependent on experience)

Quantity Surveyor ABOUT THE ROLE

Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager who has experience in the construction industry with previous preconstruction & estimating experience.

Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager Position Requirements:

· MRICS qualified preferable (not essential)

· Over 5 years' working as a QS within the construction industry (UK)

· Proven experience of delivering projects and at tender stage

· Proven experience working with all types of JCT contracts

· A-Level, HND, NVQ or Degree level qualified

· Excellent mathematical skills

· Good organisational and administrative skills

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook

· Self-motivated personality

· Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude

· Organisation and time management skills
