Think Recruitment are currently working with a Nottingham based Structural Engineering Consultancy who are looking for a Structural Engineer with 1+ year of experience.
They are a small company, who have a strong pipeline of work in an array of different sectors. The work is varied, ranging from small residential projects such as extensions and loft conversions, up to multi-storey buildings. The company currently have 1 Associate and 1 director, who are both looking to retire in the next 5 years or so, and are therefore looking to take on someone who they can train you up to take on more and more responsibility over time, resulting in heading up the company if all goes to plan.
This is a unique opportunity for real long term career growth. Starting salary will be circa £35k depending on experience, with room for growth after a 6 month probation period
