Head of Operations

I am currently headhunting for a Head of Operations for growing business based in Gwent. This role would suit a Production, Supply Chain or Engineering focussed professional looking to have full operational responsibility for a growing business.

You will be closely involved in the businesses strategic planning and the delivery of its operational excellence and development, meaning you'll have the opportunity to develop their strategy how you see fit.

The Head of Operations reports directly to the Managing Director , as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), is responsible for the major functions of Operational performance, Engineering , Supply Chain, Production , Project management, Health and Safety and external.

This role handles responsibility of the smaller Scotland site and would require around once a month travel to the site.

Role

- Salary £65,000- £75,000 + 10% Bonus + Electric Company Car

- Manufacturing experience is essential.
