About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ERP Technical Architect to join our ERP Team.
As our ERP Technical Architect, you will be charged to lead all technical aspects of our ERP ecosystem ensuring that it is capable of adapting to the fast paced Formula 1 business as well as delivering a best in class platform to support the solutions currently used or those required in the future. You will be collaborating with a team of highly experienced and professional ERP resources to ensure appropriate standards are adopted and followed to create a composable architecture which can be refreshed and updated with as minimal disruption to the business as possible.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of all technical aspects associated with a modern ERP landscape, these include the underlying database elements, virtual data layers, authorisations and compliance, multiple user experience elements, micro services, API’s, event management and the integration layer between applications and platforms. Whilst the main ERP landscape is SAP S/4HANA, experience of other ERP’s solutions and especially cloud-based solutions is extremely important.

To be successful you will have:
Essential
*
Significant demonstrable years of proven SAP Technical experience on SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and Cloud technologies.
*
Significant proven experience in a Technical Architect role.
*
Deep technical knowledge of SAP basis, authorisations, compliance and license auditing.
*
Extensive knowledge of SAP Solution Manager.
*
Extensive knowledge of SAP Best Practices particularly relating to SAP BTP and Event Management.
*
Extensive knowledge of SAP Data Layer.
*
Extensive knowledge of On-Premise and Cloud landscape management.
*
Good knowledge of the latest development methodologies.
*
Extensive experience of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Basis.
*
Extensive experience of SAP authorisations across GUI and Fiori.
*
Extensive experience of integration methodologies and technologies.
*
Extensive experience of SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry and NEO).
*
Excellent planning, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

Will embrace working in a fast paced, high frequency change environment.
