Our client is looking for an experienced Trade Order Processor to join their team in Corby.
You will be responsible for the organisation and control of customer orders to ensure that each one is processed accurately and in a timely fashion. You will be dealing with customer enquiries, checking information with the Technical Department, dealing with suppliers on non-standard items and liaising closely with the Operations, Finance and Sales Teams throughout the life cycle of orders including dispatch. You will also be expected to support the team in other administrative duties as required.
Experience of working in a busy Double Glazing / Fenestration processing department will be required along with good IT and organisational skills. A positive attitude and a passion for customer service will be required as will the willingness to own issues and take accountability. You should also be a good team player who is prepared to ask questions. Training and support will be provided but previous experience of working on a system such as Window Designer would help your application.
