Role: IT Support
Location: Cambridge

Due to ongoing growth, my client is looking for someone to come in and play a key role in their support team with a list of significant projects on the horizon.
You will be joining a team with an abundance of experience, who have been evolving in the environment for a number of years with numerous positive experiences to share.
We’re looking for someone who is a logical thinker with a can-do attitude. You’re good at building rapport, and love supporting clients face-to-face as well as over the phone.
You will have been working in a Microsoft / O365 administration support role with solid 1st progressing into 2nd line experience.
Other skills may include:
An understanding of computer hardware and operating systems – desktop and mobile.
Exposure to Microsoft Intune MDM and endpoint management.
Previous experience of supporting the Microsoft stack server services such as IIS, SQL, WSUS.
Understanding of Azure Active Directory and administrative tasks.
Exposure to server/client virtualisation solutions; VMware, V-Sphere.
