Role Overview:
As the Regional Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing business operations for the Southern region. Your primary objective will be to ensure that business goals are achieved while maximising profitability. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, leading a team of engineers, managing engineer workloads, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee business operations for the Southern region, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage budgets effectively to optimise resources and drive profitability.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to maximise performance.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working within the perimeter security sector, with specific expertise in industrial doors and gates.
