Job Location: Hybrid office/remote - in our office in Minneapolis 2-3 days per week
Responsibilities:
Lead product and project execution throughout the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).
Plan and execute projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Collaborate with clients and company leaders to assemble value-driven delivery teams.
Analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Conduct workshops to gather precise business requirements.
Identify and proactively mitigate project risks.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Establish processes for monitoring project quality and evaluate user feedback.
Document software requirements, project and increment plans.
Lead project teams effectively.
Mentor less experienced consultants
Skills - Need to have:
7+ years of proven work experience in a consulting environment, servicing diverse clients across industries.
5+ years of proven work experience as a project manager leading software projects.
3+ years in consulting, blending roles of product owner, product manager, and business analyst.
Proficient in gathering requirements from clients and translating them into documented themes, epics, and stories.
Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and various analysis techniques.
Strong client relations skills, adept at navigating complex organizational structures.
Leadership, communication, and negotiation prowess.
Proficiency in documenting epics and story requirements and specifications.
Analytical, data-driven, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Skills - Nice to have:
Experience with test-driven development.
Experience in defining product roadmaps and portfolio planning.
Proficiency in project and analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma, Visio, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, or relevant field is preferred.
